Senator Plymale moved to amend the bill on page one, section six, line fourteen, by replacing the period with a colon and inserting the following proviso:  Provided, That any necessary modifications pursuant to any student’s individualized education plan (IEP) or education plan established pursuant to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §794, shall apply.
